Pilates for Kids AND Parents!
Saturdays from 8:30-9:30am
Joseph Pilates designed his method to help keep people of all ages and walks of life be healthy from the inside out. This Pilates for Kids class will introduce simple and fun exercises from the Pilates matwork. Our goals for this class are to help children enjoy and have fun with exercise, gain a basic understand of healthy breathing, and feel strong and empowered!
Pilates for Kids w/ Meredith Hanrahan
This class is for children ranged from 4-8 years old, and is limited to 9 kids per class . The class will be 55 minutes long, with 40 minutes of Pilates, 10 minutes of story time, and in the last 5 minutes, Meredith will help put the kids socks and shoes on so they are all ready to go once the parents are done with their class!

Pilates for Parents w/ Miriam Damon
For those busy parents that want the best of both worlds, we are thrilled to announce that we will be offering a Pilates for Parents Apparatus Class at the same time your kids are in Mat Class!
This class is limited to 4 parents per class and will be 55 minutes long.

Prenatal Pilates Class

The 40 weeks that a woman spends carrying a child is a time of dramatic and speedy physical changes. The structural changes that happen to their pregnant bodies are something that the Pilates Method can help bring ease into their bodies without any pain!
In this class, we will be moving through Pilates exercises in a mindful way by including important modifications and safety considerations, to help mothers-to-be move well. Pilates can be used to help women approach their labor and childbirth with a powerful belief in their own strength, connection, and confidence. Join this class to learn how to best serve your body in a highly effective, safe, and enjoyable way!
