Ageless Pilates

We believe Pilates is for every body. This is an all levels class utilizing all classical apparatus. This class is for people who are 50 or older.


Better Bones & Balance

This class is geared toward people with osteopenia or osteoporosis who need bone strengthening work. The class consists of modified Pilates exercises, resistance/strength building work with small equipment, and balance work.


Private & Duet Sessions

Receive individualized attention from one of our highly trained teachers while working on the most high quality Pilates apparatus made today.  For those who are injured or working with other physical limitations, your private lesson will be tailored to your body's specific needs and abilities. Private lessons are also a great way to prepare for a beginning apparatus class or to get strong enough to advance to the next level in your practice.

Lisa is an absolutely stellar teacher and Iā€™m grateful to still be working with her nearly 6 years after our 1st class. I came to Lisa w/no prior pilates experience seeking relief from a lower back injury after trying many different outlets for recovery. Lisa was warm, thorough in her assessment of the problem, clear in her explanation over the progression of exercises we would practice, and had a great sense of humor along the way. Her use of imagery, use of gentle touch and cuing helped to to connect w/my body while building strength and flexibility. Her focus on being intentional with movements and precise to prevent injury has completely changed my approach to exercising. She also has a great sense of humor. Through our weekly work together, I feel my lower back pain has been completely relieved. Lisa guided me through my 1st pregnancy resulting in no back pain, increased physical strength, and ending in a healthy labor. She helped me recover quickly and rebuild strength. She is now helping me stay in shape during my 2nd pregnancy. I cannot recommend Lisa more fully!
