5-Week Beginner Series
For the next 5 weeks, you will be a part of a group of 4 beginner students led by one of our classically trained and certified teachers. As you dive into the fundamentals of the Pilates practice you will be introduced to all major apparatus in the studio, learning impeccable technique in the basic exercises and some personal feedback on how to get he most benefit for your own body.
Work 1-on-1 with any of our certified instructors for three 55-minute sessions. Private lessons are ideal for anyone coming in with injuries or specific areas of focus they'd like to address in their bodies. These private sessions also meet the prerequisite of 3 private lessons to prepare new students to safely enter our group Apparatus classes.
Pilates Mat forms the foundation of the entire method. Without the springs, our bodies must build their own strength from the inside out. In doing so they become more organized, more flexible, and more functional in our day to day lives. Mat-work builds strength in the center of the body like no other form of exercise can. Give it a try and you’ll soon see why we believe that no Pilates practice is complete without regular mat-work practice!
