This program is designed for those who have not taught Pilates before and includes training in teaching up through the Intermediate level of the Classical Pilates method.  Exercises on all apparatus are included.  Students must be familiar with Classical Pilates up through the Beginner/Intermediate level to begin the program.  To graduate from the Intermediate Program they must perform and teach up through the intermediate level of exercise.

  • First Advisor Meeting — 1.5 hours
  • Second Advisor Meeting — 1.5 hours
  • Third Advisor Meeting — 1.5 hours

Internship — 520 hours
Exams — 12 hours

Program Schedule:
The Pilates Center Intermediate Plus Program is 12 months. Students should expect to dedicate a minimum of 10-12 hours per week to their Internship. This program results in receiving a Certificate of Completion from The Pilates Center stating that the student has completed 600 hours.
