The 40 weeks that a woman spends carrying a child is a time of dramatic and speedy physical changes! Pilates is one of the most well designed methods to help women maintain their fitness and navigate the structural changes of pregnancy with ease (and without pain!). In Pre and Postnatal classes at TPW you will learn about the specific changes that your own body is going through and receive individualized support with any special circumstances that you encounter. Our teachers are specially trained to teach pregnant and postnatal women safely and effectively to help them approach their labor and and the months that follow with strength and confidence.
