Welcome to a practice that will change the way you look at movement and your body forever! Pilates is known to increase core strength, mindfulness and to transform the way you move from top to bottom.
For the next 5 weeks, you will be part of a group of 4 Beginner level students who will dive deep into the fundamentals of the Pilates practice. You will have the chance to work on the reformer, tower and, chair apparatus, learning impeccable technique from one of our classically trained Pilates instructors.
Once you've completed this 5-week program, you will have a strong understanding of the method and be able to continue on into any of the Beg/Int Apparatus or Mat classes on our schedule. Or, you may choose to repeat an additional Beginner Series, to deepen your skills and understanding even further.
